* Anton and I went out on a date on Saturday night. Lilly stayed with her first 'real' babysitter...and when I say 'real', I mean not with a member of our family. From what they told us, she did really well! We went to go see the new movie Defiance. Excellent. I absolutely loved it. It was moving, and hard to believe that what we were watching really did happen. It was so fun to go out on a date with my cute husband!
*Today was an exciting day. We were over-run with Zombies at church. Yes, I said Zombies. No joke, a kid walked in with fake blood all over his face, and he was wearing clothes that were all torn up. Those were also covered in fake blood. Wow.
*As I have mentioned in previous posts, I was rather spoiled this Christmas. I got a video camera from Anton, so I have been filming Lilly like crazy. The other day I was cleaning up her room and she started doing this....

Love the video ... Reagan walked up behind me as I was watching it and said, "is that Avery?" I said, "no, it's Lilly" ... she then started arguing with me, telling me I was wrong, that it was her little sister Avery. 3 year olds can be so funny :)
What a cute video. I couldn't help but laugh right along with her. She is so animated and happy. Who would have thought a dog could entertain a baby so well. Although I know Cooper entertains Truman better than I can. I also love that I can hear you giggling in the background. I always do that when I film my kids. Althouth usually when I finally get the video camera they have stopped doing what I wanted to film.
She is such a sweet and happy little girl. She must have an amazing momma.
Oooh I just wanna eat her! The days of just sitting your child on a chair and actually having them stay there... I want those days back dang it! ;) Can you please post pics of her nursery b/c that chair is beautiful and I know the rest of the room matches that!

Isaac thought that was HILARIOUS!! He laughed and laughed at Lilly!! What a riot! Videotape her whole life. The moments are precious and they go by too quickly. We watch videos of Olivia when she was tiny and beyond and they bring back such fun memories! Best Christmas gift ever!! Nice going Anton! You all win!!
The zombies were SO scary! I agree. I felt like we were in the Halloween ward! I wonder what they are blogging about us?? :o)
I was laughging right along with Lilly! How cute is she? Kids are so fascinated by everything around them. I love it. The world is so exciting to them! Enjoy the "house plant" stage. It is so nice to be able to sit them there and not worry they are going to destroy something when you turn your back for one second.
