Baby Shower!!

So much FUN! I just got back from my very first baby shower thrown by the ladies here in my office! I had such a great time talking with everyone and was blown away at how generous and thoughtful everyone was. My cute co-worker Kara who planned everything, made it so darling. I walked into the restaurant and she had the table decorated all fancy - there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers, an individually wrapped flower for each person, and cute confetti spread on the table. I felt pretty special! We had a delicious lunch at Trio, and then finished the event off with opening gifts. I can't believe the generosity!! They gave us the baby swing, baby bouncer chair and a baby monitor. I have been so lucky to work with such sweet people. It will be strange to not work with them every day since I have been with the company for almost 8 years. It was such a fun event! So, thank you thank you - I had such a wonderful time! I can't wait to get home and set everything up!

Large Marge

Anton and I are in Blockbuster the other night. The lady at the counter goes, genuinely excited, "WOW, you must be due any day"! Right. Try 9 weeks.

Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Whatcott!

I have been friends with Hollie since I was five years old, and today she got married!! She is a beautiful bride, and she and Luke are the greatest couple. So perfect together. Of course, I forgot my camera (what's new), so I wasn't able to get pictures of her in her dress, but she looked beautiful. It was so much fun to be with friends who I haven't seen in so long...mainly Karen! And, it was really neat to be in the temple with all of them (even though we were missing a few). Julie and Leslie will vouch for me in saying that we will never forget Hollies ceremony! One of those 'you had to be there' moments happened when we went to give Hollie a hug after the ceremony. Julie and I laughed so hard - probably the hardest I have laughed in a long long time. What a fun day! After the ceremony we talked about how fun it is to be in the temple and see our friends get married. It was fun to think back on each of our wedding days, and the whole time I kept thinking how much I loved my wedding day and how much I love Anton. I wouldn't trade that day for the world. There are certain things about our wedding that will always stick out in my mind - and one of them being when we saw each other for the first time after we had been sealed. It was one of the best feelings! I am so excited for Luke and Hollie to be married. What a cute couple! Congratulations!! I can't wait for her wedding dinner tonight - I am sure it will be stunning! Hopefully I will get pictures of that...wish me luck! :)

Yum!

I realize the last few posts have been about food - but what can you expect, I'm pregnant?! Anyway, Sunday morning I was fast asleep, and woke up to the sound of our oven timer going off. Anton came into our room... "Breakfast is ready!". He had made me the most delicious breakfast!! It was Peach French Toast Bake. I was so impressed - it was delicious! Really, it was so yummy. And, how cute is that of him to do? I am so lucky.

On another note, we went to the doctor this morning - everything looks and sounds great. He wants to see me every two weeks now. I can't believe how close its getting! It is so exciting!

(I forgot my camera, so I stole this picture of the PFTB off the internet. Believe me, Anton's looked just as good, if not better!)

Good show...

As you may or may not know, Anton and I love renting TV Series. So much better than watching them on TV and having to sit through the commercials. We just started watching 'Heroes'....such a great show!! If you haven't ever watched it - you should! It is super entertaining. We finished watching Lost on DVD (also a great show), so we had to find something else. 'Heroes' was a good choice!
