Saturday was the Jordanelle Triathlon! it was really a lot of fun to go up there and watch family compete. everyone did so well - i was really proud of each of them. Anton did really well (especially for not much training) - for the swim, he left with the second wave, and was coming in with a lot of the first wave swimmers. i was so excited for him! unfortunately not a lot of my pictures turned out because obviously people are moving so fast - it is hard to get a shot of them. and, Anton would kill me if i posted pictures of him in his swim gear! my mom can agree that it was so motivating seeing all these different types of people - athletes or not - competing, and pushing themselves to finish. i loved it and it has really motivated me to push myself - and hopefully do it next year with the whole family!

Congrats Anton! He didn't want a picture of himself sporting a speedo??? :) A "relay" triathlon sounds really cool! I was talking to Dustin about it and we may be interested in doing it next year too... who knows?
