I have never been very good at making bread. Something about yeast scares me. Anyway, I had dinner club at my house not too long ago, and my friend brought this delicious bread that she said was easy. I thought I would try it. It was SO delicious!!! And the easiest thing I've ever made. Honestly.
We had some beautiful spring weather therefore we spent lots of our evenings at the park and on bike rides. We loved it!
Our school put on a story telling festival that each child could enter. First they would write their stories, and the teacher would narrow down 3 students from the class. Then three students from each class would perform in front of the school. If they got picked from there, they would go to the district and so on. Lilly made it all the way to the district. I was really proud of her! Her story was Cindy Ellen. It was a "fractured fairytale". She was really nervous, but she loved doing it!
Claire claimed the leprechaun did this. Riiight.
One Friday I decided to go and have lunch with the girls in the cafeteria. They loved it, and I loved it! Their friends thought it was pretty fun too - especially since I brought Girl Scout Cookies to share!
The activity days girls (Lilly included) put together this little thank you for me. I thought it was so sweet.
Claire LOVES her scooter. She rides it all the time. She has even started riding it to school.
